Our return and refund policy allows for requests within 30 days from delivery date. Therefore, please make sure you unpackage the order immediately upon receipt and contact us. If your report exceeds this period, we may not be able to offer our warranty.
1. Return and refunds:
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at support@monstrive.com within 30 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for warranty coverage.
We encourage you to carefully inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
To resolve the issue quickly, we offer replacements or refunds without requiring a physical return. You are welcome to keep the original item at your discretion.
2. Claim Procedures
a. Provide photo evidence
We strictly require graphic proof to resolve claims so please make sure you attach at least a well-focused photo of the defective item so we can provide you with a resolution quickly. Claims that are not accompanied by proof will not be reviewed.
b. Submit request via email support@monstrive.com:
Please submit your photo(s) and state clearly whether you wish for a remake or a refund. This will help avoid back and forth communication.
c. Wait for confirmation
Our support team will review your claim and respond within 24–48 hours. You’ll be notified if your request is approved and when your replacement or refund will be processed.
